President, ACE
Damian Niquette
Damian served his country in the U.S. Navy on board the USS Harry S Truman serving as a Machinist Mate in the Nuclear Reactor Department. He was deployed and participated in Operation Southern Watch in 2001.
He began his Pest Control career in 2006 as a Route Technician. He then worked his way into a Service Manager role, then as a General Manager, Regional Manager, Technical director, and then eventually as our President and visionary here at EvoFoam Pest Control.
Damian is a licensed Certified Applicator in pest, termite, and lawn in 3 states. He holds many professional certificates from Purdue University, Quality Pro, Texas A&M and ESA Entomological society. He is one of the few Associate Certified Entomologists (bug scientists) in the United States.
He is married to his beautiful wife Niki of 21 years and has 3 wonderful dogs, Buster, Jager and Winston. He enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, playing basketball and watching sports, especially the Michigan Wolverines, Green Bay Packers and New York Mets.
Sales/Exclusion Manager
Aaron Albaugh
Aaron is a 14-year Pest Control industry vet. He started his career as a Sales Rep, until he quickly moved into a Sales Management role in the Dallas area. He brought his high level of knowledge to EvoFoam in 2017 as our Sales/Exclusion Manager. He is a licensed Technician in Pest and Termite.
Aaron been married to his beautiful wife, Christine of 21 years and has two beautiful daughters, Elyssa and Jourdyn. Elyssa is in her final year at Texas A&M finishing her Bachelors in Drama with plans on becoming a High School drama Teacher. Jourdyn is currently enrolled at Texas A&M as well working on her Bachelors in Phycology, with plans of attending graduate school and working towards her PHD.
Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his dog, Diezel.
Pest & Exclusion Technician
Austin Lee
Austin joined EvoFoam in 2020 as our Exclusion/Mosquito Specialist. He is a graduate of Hutto High School. He is a U.S. Army veteran who was deployed in Afghanistan as a 13F Forward Observer in 2014 and was awarded a Bronze Star.
Austin has a beautiful fiancée, Katrina. He also has 4 beautiful daughters, Calli 8 years old, Brooklyn 6 years old, Anuhea 5 years old and Briar 1 year old.
Austin enjoys spending time with his family, playing baseball, camping, fishing, and barbecuing. He gets a great satisfaction solving pest issues for his customers.
